Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after purchase.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- We currently ship within the United States (international shipping coming soon!).
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
- Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Packaging & Care
Because our products include slow feeders, lick mats, and treat molds, we package them carefully to prevent damage during transit. Each item is wrapped and boxed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition - ready for your pup’s next treat session.
Delays & Exceptions
- Please note that holidays, carrier delays, or high-volume periods may extend delivery times.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays once your package has been handed over to the carrier, but we’ll always help you track down your order if needed.
Damaged or Missing Orders
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at [your email here] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product/packaging. We’ll make it right.
- If your order is lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it and ensure you get your goodies.
